Round 9’ Serving Bowl

China that was made in Poland was designed by Jewish people who were very skilled in their work. They were made during World War II within the concentration camps. The china patterns that were made in Poland are very exclusive patterns and made of great quality. The detail and quality of these designs is amazingly hand crafted.
I did some research to get some history on Favolina Company and this is what I found : Professor Emeritus Roman. Solecki of Union, CT said the Porzellanfabrik Königszelt was first set up in the 1860s in what was then Germany. After World War II, those lands were ceded to Poland, and the town’s name of Königszelt became Jaworzyna Śląska. In 1957, the dinnerware factory was renamed Karolina. The fancy script on the bottom of the porcelain pieces was misread as Favolina by Americans and in that form made its way onto Internet Websites. So if you look for additional pieces you might look under both names Favolina or Karolina.
